All these approaches are excellent, ofc.
To toss in a couple pennies and add to the wealth ( ; ) JJ ) using breathing to move/redeploy energy is an excellent tool as well. I remember my teachers saying that "breathing is intending". As always, I didn't know what the h3ll they were talking about, but it sounded sufficiently cryptic to keep me coming back to their seminars lol. I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff! Anyways, in a way, its absolutely true. In regards to how our energy is spun into the configuration of our lives....breathing itself is very close to the fundamental forces of intent which give rise to the gift of this life, IMHO. And, of course, sexual energy is another relatively fundamental force, it seems like to me. They have different signatures or tones....those energies. Sexual energy is pretty euphoric/intense and enticing, it seems....thus it's easily captured and horded in perhaps unhealthy ways when overemphasized or kind of focused in a unilateral direction over and over and over again. How do I know this, you ask? Take a wild guess! LOL So....yeah....kind of a shame, from one perspective, to have all that intense energy getting deployed in a routine way which may result in me losing out on all the other myriad and marvelous facets of being a human magician (as we all are) walking around on this magical planet. There's other things to see and do and experience that are just as awesome....maybe even more awesome! So...pulling away from the habit of repetitive, unilateral projections of sexual energy...which may, unfortunately become a part of a ensnaring network which might divert others as well. I certainly don't want that, ultimately.
In comparison, breath energy feels soft and pervasive, though powerful as well. Its potent in terms of loosening knots....softening compulsions...and drawing previously ensnared energetic coils to other parts of the body which may need to be part of the flow of that energy. So, one cool technique (among many, many others) is to use my breath to draw that sexual energy from down there....up through the central channel of the trunk of my spine and then out through the network.....the roots and branches of my peripheral nervous system.....or, more subtly, through the branch-like/root-like energetic channels that pervade my being. Inhale.....drawing that energy up and through.....exhale......gently blow that energy throughout those arteries/capillaries/veins that make up my energetic network. Effects may be subtle and elusive at first.....but, as DJ said......."nothing can stand in the face of persistence". The process...whatever it may be or one chooses....gathers momentum if put into practice. Always.
That being said. Prepare to surprise yourself! You....me....any of us....I'm firmly convinced....will connect (if we want and persistently intend to) with that infinitely creative, powerful, intelligent force that's out there via our internal link.....our inner seer...and will spontaneous manifest techniques/approaches for solving these energetic knot puzzles...solutions which stretch the imagination. The creativity/ingenuity will fractalize and feed into itself until alignment with that force is pure, clear and friction-less....and then......THEN.....we simply become a living expression of that force that cannot be impeded.
LOL....sry, y'all. I get away from myself, talking like this sometimes. Especially after coming fresh from an extended session of silent intention ; )
