Speaking of such...and, in terms of breathing and "the books"...what about the book Magical Passes? That one's chalk full of breathing in conjunction with energetic movements ; ) There's a specific set devoted to dreaming within what they call The Westwood Series. I'm gonna do that series right now! ; )
Qi gong is so cool, I agree, but have you heard of daoism? Its a death defier group. I have read on it some and it seems very promising. They spoke of many ways to live and surpass death.
