Natural expression of energy and intent through my configuration. That's the way, I agree. I've seen its unfettered manifestation and its a joy to behold. It's DEFINITELY possible. The trick is to approach that expression through a miasma of seemingly unnatural circumstances.....the way of the world, so to speak. The swirling rats nest of shadowy interference in which I've certainly played my part. It is a very fascinating challenge, to me.....nothing more.....nothing less.
In a way....and on a certain level....I guess I see that the challenge of the network of interference....is also natural. It IS......so to speak. Its an interplay of forces that lends itself to a perennial dance of freedom and entrapment....expansion and contraction. Higher minds understand, it seems....and, I guess, have been given a glimpse of just enough to not be embittered about it....just kind of accept and seek a natural resolution on a personal level. I know that when I'm more deeply connected and aligned via silence (a silence, btw, that is free from speculation about this whole process/phenomenon : ) ) there is a pervasive peace about the whole of it. It seems there's nothing really to worry about.
With respect to whether to "interfere" with interference via deliberate breathing techniques.....yeah, in that state of alignment, its all game! Sometimes I feel compelled to "take a deep breath" so to speak. To shift resources here or there in order to restore balance. Would I need to if I were perfectly aligned and beyond interference? Probably not.....each and every breath would be just right, I suppose. Would I even be BREATHING in that state? H3ll, IDK.....who knows? Who cares?! I just follow the lead of that inner voice that seems to be leading me home, regardless of how hellish and insoluble the "way of the world" is atm in my personal experience. When aligned (and sometimes I'm not, TBH : ) ) resolution to the natural state seems like a foregone conclusion......its inevitable. So.....why worry? It's all good! : D
