More and more, I get clarity about the distinction between reaction and aware action. It is easier to recognize the external activity drive and stop. The identification with worldly stimuli wrecks life if it is not moving from inside out. So, I mean, identifying with the myriad of life manifesting as somewhere out there is not conducive to satisfying desire. My desire is off the charts, but I ground want first and foremost by coming to the center.
Look, it isn't about the objects of desire per se; it is about the dynamics of energy. I certainly am NOT knocking the objects of desire. I adore them lewd and crude, and everywhich way (and in every hole/smile). I've touched all variety of vice. Even losing control has a certain charm to it.
Understand I am not focusing on ANY ethics; I am looking at the arrangement as to how the relationship with the world happens. More precisely, I am paying attention that I have continual pause (space/emptiness). Interpret that literally.
The indifference is not entirely abstraction. Once practiced enough, this indifference is a requisite, tangible reality. I SEE that from abundant empirical experience.
I have authorship.
