serloco the last post was written before I saw yours come up. I am sixty one. I had my first experience of SEEING the world 'stop' for lack of better phraseology at 13, but had no meaning to me. In my senior year of college I had a 'zen awakening' where instantaneously my life had unwavering certitude for many months. This was during the 70's and LSD was prevalent. I was afraid of such stuff, but would try it a few times AFTER my satori. Christ, I could write chapters on that.
Serloco, I am in a dorm room in a party situation and someone have heard and seen the **** that was going on around me, says to everyone in jest that I was like Jesus and could multiply the fishes. I out and out produced a fairly large fish and just about blew everyone's mind. I mean come on, what are the odds that anyone is going to reference about another such a capacity? NOW In that same MOMENT be able to pull out a fish from nowhere?
NO ONE all of a sudden has access to a fairly large crappie in a dorm room, let alone that it is not even your own room. Of course this is the beauty of reality---there are reasons even when the oucomes are unlikely.
What are the odds I pull out that fish, One in a trillion?
It so happened my girlfriend visited campus, and left her purse in that room. Inexplicably, she had been fishing, and wrapped a crappie, and left it in her large purse. Only I knew that.
So so much stuff like that happened then, it was like the norm.
