Practical Path
#2
spirit moved me to post here. i dont know why as i all i
am currently doing is self-stalking (as op was a nice example of),
accumlating inner silence as much as i can, and working on dreaming. i
am disrupting my routines in general, which seems to be ongoing, as i
learn new things i learn new routines! attempting to do WILD as much as
poss, whenever i get a window, i mean i try to do it when i know that i
have nothing on for a couple of hours. i just read about twin positions,
which sounds interesting. there is lots of instruction written on this
forum, i always find something new.
also i have been working on perceiving the world as a magical dream, you know like it is, having said that
i still think it is important for me. and being in the moment and
deciding to perceive the world as a magical dream is working for me, it
is helping as i am getting to inner silence and seeing much more, from
this position i can see solutions and have a certain clarity in general,
everything is alive and it shows me something, and the world is opening
up more and more for me. lest i forget our lord DJ who said 'we are
perceivers', and it kinda all stems from that one realisation for me at
the momenet.
this is a technique im employing as i made a concrete
static world over the years and since i stopped the world  now the world
is not ever the same, and yet i tried to make this world conform to the
old descriptions and succeeded in creating illusions of 'hey its cool
things are just like they were', which were tough to break, but now i
see them for what they are it is getting a lot easier. the world is
magical to begin with i think i just got stuck. its only when i stop
being vigilant that i fall into this lesser position where the world is
static and boring to me. it pains me to write such a thing as it is a
horrendous mistake, but it happens to me and i have been using this
technique to break out of that.
it is funny that you mention listening at work, as i am working at not listening at work. there are times when its difficult to
concentrate when i want to, im definitely being challenged in this
respect. maintaining inner silence whilst trying to phase out a lot of
distractions is good practice for me.
