What amazing experiences, Glance. What a rush that must have felt like to be graciously assaulted by a spectacular being. I dream of those moments as most of my assaults are not from enchanting butterflies 
I mean just imagine being thrown, completely powerless and instead of being hurt you are being gently replaced to the same position you began with. It's not solely an act of aggression, more so it's instrumental aggression to gain your attention. Instead, it's done to show and then you were returned to your prior state to make an informed decision based on what was revealed. You never mentioned what you gleaned besides a profound stabilization--and I'm curious if you were able to isolate how such a stabilization occurred in you.
I would say butterflies are my spirit animal too, but that's not entirely accurate since I consider unicorns, aliens, owls, Satan, and humans to also be my spirit animals. It's probably more accurate to say I appreciate most forms of nature. Though butterflies hold a very special place in my heart too.
