How to become a New Seer.

Dream Girl...CRI...just offering something of added perspective here. Agree wholeheartedly..silence is key. The more you have, the more you get, so to speak lol. And body awareness is a very powerful element in sustaining silence. Don Juan talked incessantly about saturating the body with awareness as a means of counteracting the constant drive of the foreign installment , pulling us into its labyrinthian pathways which ultimately go nowhere and drain our energy. This constant absorption into our internal dialog, which is the manifestation of the foreign installment, numbs us to body awareness over the course of our lives...and the longer we go without cultivating this awareness within our body, the more challenging it can be to rekindle the relationship. I experienced much the same phenomenon as Dreamgirl when starting out with the Magical Passes...I just didn't get much out of them. But that wasn't because the Passes aren't powerful...they are! It was because my body was almost inert, with respect to awareness being alive in there. It took awhile to warm up those pathways. Now, to add to what Dreamgirl put forth here...Magical Passes are not the only means of rekindling body awareness to help counter the internal dialog. There are countless other systems of movement which can help facilitate enlivening this awareness...and besides that, there is the potency of intent itself. One can simply intend to become more and more aware of one's body...and the wonderful thing about this is that the more aware that one becomes of one's body, the more silent one becomes. It starts off like something akin to one beginning a sculpture project..say, starting with a giant block of marble, to use the classical motif. One begins to chisel away in big chunks to get the gross form of the finished product brought into focus first. This is like starting to become grossly aware of one's body in general...legs, torso, arms, head..the obvious aspects of body-awareness. Then as this becomes more available, one will become more aware of subtle energetic pathways which cruise and thrum beneath the surface of the more obvious, chunky aspects of body-awareness. Awareness itself will help begin opening these channels which will, in turn, help us to perpetuate silence even further...deeper. As you can see, the whole phenomenon will begin to gather momentum, feeding into one another ...and by then...well...the value of the process will become obvious...self-evident...and body awareness itself will take over and engender the knowledge needed to facilitate its own growth and evolution. The key is just getting started...with whatever means works for you, as Dreamgirl implies above...and then just following the pursuit deeper and deeper. Sooner or later, your own endeavors will awaken the seer within and it will show you the way home!
