If you will set for yourself for example - Physical army training, I can guarantee you that its gonna strenghten you.
Doesnt matter if its donna routinely but its more about if its taking you off your edge and if one have to fight to get over, then its a Toltec Way.
Routine always was a willpower training, from my experiences AP gets moving the most mainly by everchanging inner dialogue.
