If you are asking why you are here - in your body, the facticity of this rebirth is the answer, that you are here in this body is the result of it. analogically, there can be some other being, being you, i.e. you are that being, any being, bearing it, burden.
Energy body is left-over of a human being (energetic footprint of awareness), not awareness undergoing rebirth - impermanent part of ourselves what is left after death.
The point is that energy body is a part of ourselves. To choose second attention warrior option (confinement into energy body) is to be put on graveyard, but the third attention warrior option means life.
