I don't see the Nagual Church conferring the "Nagual" title on anyone. I believe that one's lineage and one's nagual leader are personal affairs, and only a nagual can entrust another nagual, it is not something done by a committee. Probably something along the lines of "Nagual Minister" or something would be more appropriate for church leaders, as it would only apply to the workings of the church and not to anyone's individual path. If the church was to recognize anyone as a true nagual leader, it would probably be best to do that posthumously, as it is sort of like "sainthood". Sure there are many "double beings" out there, those people who have the potential to become a nagual, but the one's who actually succeed are very rare. The Nagual Church would be an interface between the tonal of nagualists and the tonal of society, a missing link that would serve a particular purpose, it would not try to be everything.
