Interesting explanation Materia. Especially in light of two things. It's original and also your own way, your own system.




OK, so my question is as follows ... what exercise do you perform that allows you to see the vibratory energies you describe?




I ask so that some of us can try to get on the same page here.




Here is my own explanation, if it's of any benefit ...




Now, in our ordinary consciousness we see things, like a tree for example. The impression the tree gives us creates a kind of shock, an impression, it affects
us in a certain way.




Most of the time we are unconscious of our reception of impressions.




If we could try to catch ourselves receiving impressions, and get an impression of ourselves receiving an impression, for example we have a bit of Second
Attention going.




That is Awareness aware of Itself or Double Arrow Attention. However this shock is a tiny spark, inconsequential by itselt.




If we can somehow return to that consistently, this is where it gets difficult, then we can refine the energies of the impressions we receive.




One way to get there is to assume a zen like "don't know mind". Or as one of my teachers stated "I have no attention"




We have to empty our cup, completely, and then some more, to get a Real Impression.




Real Impressions are objective, vs. subjective. So much of the time we are caught up in the subjective.




Does anyone know anything about Real Objectivity? If I am in that place occasionally Seeing Happens. Maybe it's grace.
