Do you realize how this sounds, even to someone such as myself who has been on the edge of the fringe all my life? Heh. Seriously, though... when you make blanket statements like this, you'd best be prepared to expand upon them, otherwise it just sounds like paranoia. CC is an active member of... what? The AARP? The illuminati? The Sorcerer's Union Local 101?
so do not tell me this nonsense it cant be verified..
Please - do enlighten me! How will you verify it? You say it can be verified, so by all means shed some light on how that would be done? A Ouija board? Tarot cards? Praying to a certified Catholic saint? How will you validate that Carlos Castaneda survived physical death and is now practicing evil sorcery in Tijuana?
CC has not dissolved into Infinity.
You say that like it's a bad thing. One of the goals of nagualism is to keep one's awareness after death. So... what's your beef?
You can verify much more and much more important things...
I ask again... show me. And for the record, I'm talking something quantifiable. While Dreaming is the sorcerer's realm, I'm not prepared to accept someone else's "dreaming" as proof that CC is alive and well in Dreamland. If you're going to make a blanket statement in the real world, I would like to know how you would validate this in "the real world."
But you do not need to verify every demon, devil or ancient "god"..
I hate to break it to you, but there's only you, your awareness and your intent and will. It's unfortunate that the foreign installation is designed in such a way as to try to make us dependent on belief systems which do one thing and one alone: they rob us of our personal power by handing it off to deities and demons, none of which have EVER shown any proof of their existence, except through the doings of Man (which, ultimately, means the only demons, devils & ancient gods ARE Man). But I digress. Point is... if I were going to believe in demons, devils or ancient gods, I would damn well insist on being able to verify their existence. I'm just quirky that way. Heh. And if I'm being asked to believe that Carlos is alive and well and terrorizing mortals from beyond the grave, I'm going to ask for something more than a blanket statement.
Just for the record... nothing personal intended here. I'm just curious as to what you're doing on a Toltec forum if you see it primarily as a "religion". Nagualism is not a religion but essentially a way of living and be-ing. It is not based in faith, but in practice and personal experience. Religion is just something people believe in defiance of all logic and reason.
Just my 2 cents worth. Your mileage may vary.
