Be aware of the lower realms, frankly, on this Earth we are on the top of the hell abyss literary.
Buddha warns us, saying "Go ye ahead this sticky mire, not let a moment pass", meaning this world and our human situation to which Don Juan says: "We are fucked up! But i have learned to be a (spiritual) warrior in this predatory universe " (meaning Kama-loka)
There are also higher realms, lower heavens in kama-loka and Gods realms, and realms of pure consciousness.

Dont be stupid as the masses of ordinary ignorant materialistic people. They are all heading to animals wombs, to become ghosts, to join the family of demons, or to a state of very intense suffering in narakas (hells), by their lifes, by their deeds, by their karma.
