One important note i could have reduced all the words to this note, and stress it repeatedly:
Warrior is epitome of being in the world, but the mode is inner silence, authenticity. If you are not living in inner silence, you are completely losing your life time. Silence is primary, original nature, your own being. So without being in silence, everything is a nonsense.
The best method to get to original nature is zazen (in japanese), in sakrit dhyana in asana, sitting meditation in a physiological posture, meditation-concentration. You can use any other teknic, but whats really important is to get there to silence, so you can live fully, not losing the beauty of your life with internal babble/commenting/obtrusion...
You inner silence means to become deeply friend with yourself. Silence is the authenticity of your own being itself. Without being in silence your are wasting/losing your own being, it means only complications without silence.
The best for inner silence is zazen, for zazen. Buddha sits zazen. Buddha is the one who is practising inner silence, authenticity, deeply. You are that, being that, so you are not separating the ego from the universe, there is simply no difference, ego, the beggar, the thief has dissappeared.
This is freedom. Inner silence is freedom. The return to paradise. The cornerstone.

I am sorry if you get confused from my posts formerly.
