Really, CCs books contributed to many cases of personality disorders and accidents with drugs etc. Many many. If You dont become a real warrior sincere/truthful to oneself, a friend to oneself, you will get mad and get nowhere. You cant survive here like that.
Role of thumb: Without discipline butressing, all the hardly gained expansion of consciousnes turns into psychological aberration or energetic injury. And if you do it on higher level, you will get killed. Power will become your executioner.
I know of some particular cases, You can know about cases in your country. Not only fruitcakes, but also fatalities and suicides.
