You make comments and claims, yet never seem to carry through or produce quantifiable, examinable evidence. Your friend met the tenant... but the tenant won't meet anybody else because he has his left testicle caught in the crack between the worlds... or whatever.
If you want anybody to take you seriously, you REALLY need to focus, breathe, and stop bouncing around like a jack in the box.
