in my experience, an inner light can be found, when the inner light matches and realises its connection to everything at a sweeter frequency , it can flood the bodies , and connect with all time. disintegrating and integrating .



Also in my experience , there are different facets/bodies, for instance , there is one i have witnessed being shifted superceeded i suppose which can contain pain and emotional stores.



this can be flooded with light and released



However i wonder about the permanency , that makes me also wonder , as with the bodies releasing memory , and the recaptulation , resides in different segments , although ultimately a whole .



As it is with the physical body storing memories and trauma also .



Work with the body and memories will be released to be dealt with in the process .



This is how i relate to what is said about the seeds in the store house consciousness being contained within the 8 layers consciousness .
