In light of what you said in post #384, you really shouldn't be afraid
I've played with the "rheostat" in dreaming....if you're prone to fear, your dreams will reflect that...in the most creative and vivid ways you can imagine which becomes a feedback loop dialing up the rheostat which feeds back into the dream. I can be stopped....*snap*....just like that. Dreams can be transformed...*snap*...just like that. That goes for this dream too, and you know it.
You really shouldn't be afraid....you really should be in love...in joy...in exhilaration...in clarity. It's not hard...it just seems hard. That's flyer's deceit...."it's too hard!" Once you do it, though...you realize it's just a little twist...a little shift, like flicking on a light switch. The challenge is just doing it over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.....practicepracticepracticepractice...making the dream bright
