Almost all people go there in that world well most unwillingly thus sensation of heaviness insecurity and lack of dreaming body control. Those in there offer gifts but always always want something in return so one foolish enough to deal for something even if he/she goes in many times is very costly. They feed on the desire to know, they feed on all the desires of humans so the person if weak is made to return over and over again until their dreaming body is a total mess. Of course that can be repaired if the person is able to clean the dreaming body otherwise the slime will end up hurting their energy body next their physical body.
