When I was younger I would often find myself in a huge maze, non-lucid, wandering around. Every time I had absolutely no idea how to find my way out of the maze and there was an intense sensation of hopelessness, I felt there was no chance of ever finding an exit from the maze. That it was endless. I haven't had one of those dreams since I have been able to become lucid on a regular basis, so I have never been able to look into it further. I had almost forgotten about the dreams until I read this thread.
One quick question: As I said, I am new to Castaneda... is "The Art of Dreaming" a good place to start? I looked at the book store and saw numerous titles by Castaneda, although I didn't see "The Art of Dreaming" among them.
