Basically, defining the self by the expectations that are outside of self.
And this seems to me to engender self-importance.
So in order to break those agreements, one must make new agreements with self that negate these made with others.
Then there are some things to list out about the details of these agreements, etc.
Personally, I didn't read all that because I have not really had too many agreements like that, with others, and most have *expired* so to speak. So I see no need to make agreements even with myself when I am not bound by them already.
But not everyone has been so lucky and these things DO influence the greater portion of humanity.
