The Four Agreements

The link to Spirit does not need to be agreed with, rather we just need to have the link itself, it is always a direct link, nothing to agree to, it is just so.
Once we lose our human form, our link is permamnent, but before that it seems to me we alternate between the two...a reflective state and a direct link with Spirit. Since what we as warriors desire is a complete link, curtailing reflection is key. This means doing things like stopping the internal dialog, and intending to be free of the self-reflective process.
So where does recap come in then? Recap is a reflection back upon events. Yes, its a reflection back but not to find agreement. But rather to see. To accomplish this we must access our link with Spirit.
