Dok, interesting how your post concluded with the distinction between old and new seers. The idea that we serve out a kind of contract with spirit in some of these realms while in the others we are free to use intent as we like is intriguing
glance, looking at my reflection in a mirror and seeing it shift and dissolve... I did that as a kid too . Had amazing insight into stuff thnx to this activity.
And, yes, something can get scared when doing this hehe. It is a great exercise. Mirrors are amazing in general.
JJ, the omens stuff needs a bit of practice sometimes. I remember how perplexed, even frustrated, I was at the beginning. Imo, the trick is not to think, but feel. Let oneself be guided. Do not try to interpret it with your intellect but let it come to you. So someone with a lot of brain power might be at a loss for a while (cause there seem to be more options) . Also by recognizing the omen in retrospect you slowly allow your perception to shift and notice some patterns. It just needs perseverance and patience and not to be too hard on oneself for being so erm slow and clueless .
