I Think It is important to figure out how your mind works.that is to understand the patterns used by the flyer to control what you think and don't think about.
This is what i have understood from observing the mind patterns while trying to shut the internal dialog- the most obvious thing is that it does not like the present moment. It loves the past and the future but shy's away from the "Now".Also it is very very very Quick.if you let your guard down It only requires 2 - 3 seconds in real time to bombard you with useless ****.
It also Love's Fantasy's and daydreaming one moment you are trying to silence your mind the next moment you find your self thinking about stuff like oh so how would my piss look like while jumping being in moon with no gravity - the most random stupid stuff that you can imagine and it is mostly based on self importance something that the bastard thrives on. But this is the easy part.with concentrating on counting or breath it takes usually 5 - 10 min to make the surface mind go away.
The next part is when you are about to be competently silence and empty . Then what happens is the flyer opens the "Secret Drawer" were the most sacred memory's and images are hidden and how it is displayed to you is by flashes of very fast rapid images .It is like the flyer is fishing if you get hooked by it the image it grows bigger and bigger and you will start to think about it and get totally lost in it.
