I used to have a good of silence but mostly after meditation, practice, movements etc...then it faded out gradually.
At some point I decided with all my intent that from now on I was on constant inner silence and presence, no more 'later', 'after work', 'when I have holidays'. I also stopped movements...and this is the difference that really had results for me.
When I catch myself I just correct immediately but because and my intent to do it 100% won't change
and I know the practice does not have an end so I just let go of my inner dialogue by believing it is easy because it would be too much to be in constant effort all the time.
