Great techniques, all of you
One maneuver I've found helpful is to diffuse the relative "hardness" of the FI/ID. When its in play, it feels like cap made of a blop of mud sitting over my head which has tendrils reaching down into my body. The overall effect feels like a cap of subtle tension that has one or two lines of tension reaching down into my body..down to the level of the chest, fequently. This can be countered with the intent to feel a cloud of dispersal through the rest of my body...like a cloud of steam surrounding and enveloping the body. The body saturation engenders silence and opens up my awareness...which helps to start to work on the areas of "residence" of that foreign energetic signature..invading the space its invaded, so to speak Reclaiming lost territory. Gentle, persistent pressure.....and body awareness saturation....very helpful to me
