Yeah, Spartan is a good symbol/association. Like at work today, I just stopped to take a break, and came here to read this, and remembered I forgot to be Spartan like in the morning with internal dialog. I realize at work I must use dialog, but I can take breaks from it, practice silence, now I just need to REMEMBER to do it.
