Shared Dream Etiquette, and Dream Plane Theory - Waking Nomad

i'm new to the whole dreaming-carlos-castenada experience thing, so please forgive me if this question has been answered on another thread. but are people actually going in and meeting each other in their dreams? have people actually experience very similar things together in a dream as their entity-selves? and as a result ,are able to talk about it as if they were in the same place? i'm looking for clarification here.
