"Within each spectrum, or band of awareness, there are dreamers. They are dreaming of the next ascending spectrum. There are dreamers right now, dreaming of this human band that we occupy! As they gain some awareness in their dreaming efforts, they eventually get ‘one metaphorical foot’ in this world. This is true for us here, as well. Once beings have a foot in the next realm (such as the second attention), they procreate there. It is an energetic act and begets instant life! That new entity has BOTH feet in the new world."
