Anyway Illusion of Duty, for me, love and enlightenment include emotions, sometimes turbulent ones, it's all included here. Most often, one doesn't
come here full blown enlightened, whatever that is and, if it even exists. It is more like enlightening over and over. At some points in the path emotions
might be knotted in the body from having had to and having to continue to adapt to the restricted patterns that prevail here, the way of releasing them is the
way of feeling them, not indulging them but actually feeling them, re-membering the pain someone stuffed in the bag. This place is a shock to innocence, so
innocence discarded by and large into the bag with the tears, fears and anger and joy goes with it. The way of releasing them finds innocence too--that is a
recap with a heart---not a poor little me song, then the emotions flow were they need to go and actions spark and flame. I can't imagine love without a
heart or a heart without feelings. By the way, I am not finished with my recap nor with my enlightening and what I wrote is just a description, for me it
doesn't flow as smoothly as I described it but it is the overall movement, not without my bumps and stuck spots you know.
As far as the IB, I know I still indulge in self-importance, am I vigilant enough to follow an IB? And fear? one night I went out and hid behind some bushes
near the sidewalk, I felt a little fear when hid like that and presently a couple of people came walking by, I stayed quiet and my senses came to their
peak--my assemblage point moved--and that's a little ditty about fear.
