I think what is meant here is that regardless of the group dynamic, if the person in question is the same as was experienced before on other forums, the result will be the same. If you don't mind being stalked and slam dunked, then by all means encourage dialog. I, for one, would prefer it. Enchantra and Alien appear to have had enough.
