Reflected on this parasite that should 'ride' us, is it a real entity like and IOB or other spirit being?

I thought about the ego as a flying shadow, driven by fear of death and suffering, protecting the bodies survival... (The reptile part of the brain? ) Deep rooted instinct of self perseverance. Is this the Flyer?
Anyway Don Juan tells a scary story and actually the Lakota have the concept of the Parasite, that has two parts. Judge/Executioner and Victim/Manipulator
In my working with depression found one beings in my own shadow, The black Ooze. Recently I found a new powerful/deep rooted one. Its sort of close to what Don Juan describes. It have been a long battle with the ooze and its long time since it has been around, even forgot its name. heh.
If we are completely on 'automatic ego trip', its the Flyer in full blossom, with breaks when the Heart shines, more or less often....
In Toltec tradition you can see and heal different parts of you shadow using an Obsidian mirror. It quits good ))))
Some of the parts of me, i found are real scary! Why is there something you fear most in others? Guess what? you see your self in the encounter with others.
