thnx MS for the reference. I guess I will have to dig into those books at some point then. I would not mind if you just told me what you do with the mirror yourself and what works for you. I'd prefer that actually.
Concerning the video, those things he mentions: disappearing oneself, shifting into an animal or see a different form - those are not things that are specific to the obsidian mirror (but I guess that is not so strange). I did that regularly with 'ordinary' mirrors (I had no idea that was an actual thing / technique). The disappearing thing, I was not aware that it can have such strong healing effects though as he mentions, speaking of which and to come back to flyer topic with this too, maybe it could work on the flyer as well .
