Isn't it that the new warriorship progressively learns to coexist amidst old age, as it happens, through death? (Talk is cheap, yeah...I know. I'm older but not "old".....yet. Soon )
Impression is that it's an awareness that progressively disengages from what is inevitably dying. As awareness detaches, it allows for the melting away (or tearing away, as the case may be) of what was fixed by virtue of fear of predation. It's all here...my hooks, my beak, my claws...clinging to what cannot last. It's fear, yeah. It compulsively clings. To what? Self reflection...the reflection of the sense of self in comparison and reaction to what is hunting it to the end. The end of self reflection. Inevitability. One could say it's already happened. You imply space's equivalence with death....or its symbiosis, or something. So it's inevitable that space is where I'm heading...and so, to relinquish to space here and now because if I can't beat 'em, join 'em.
I remember LSD and deep states of meditative silence.....all the right angles (the box) sag and lose their angularity. No more right angles. Fixation softens. It's just what happens...it's not that any vision of the configuration of escape engenders the shift away from right angles of fixation. There's an effort required to impose the right angles. Social agreement supplies it....or enforces it....but my energy is used for it. What if I progressively stop upholding it? Not what if I envision what happens when I stop....but what actually happens when I stop?
Something about the issue with metaphors....of reaching out/forward with vision....that seems, at least to me on some level, to cause a displacement. It diverts from actuality....the position from which liberation may evolve by what actually happens all by itself. Here and now. Yeah, things look bleak from the intuition of the knowledge that it won't work, looking forward. Looking forward, things look bleak, collectively. Envisioning it, by virtue of the displacement engendered by the intent to envision....say...."world peace"....or whatever else....the displacement ensures that it will derail....because it carries the Trojan Horse with it, containing the agents of infection.
Again, speaking for myself....personal impressions that are ultimately useless, I know, once I pontificate. They should simply provide impetus to the act that they imply....feeding into itself
