Tai-Chi or QiGong is safe. Hatha Yoga is safe.
Certain Breathing exercises and Pranayams and Kundalini Yoga and other advanced yogas are generally not-safe if done without a skilled teacher, etc.
I am guessing Tensegrity can fall into this category, of un-safe. But it can depend on the person. I haven't done Tensegrity so I can't comment.
I would say that this is a pretty clear sign to give up the practice and that it's not good for you.
