Maybe some of you already know me from the Castaneda forum. Anyway, hello to you all.
Over the years, I have had the privilege, or the bad luck, to actually see things described in Castanedas books.
I remember seeing a large amount of black shadows leaping into the air in all directions. They looked like waves of black demons flying and bouncing arround.
It was a scary sight, I taught I was going crazy. Now I think its possible I was seeing the flyers.
Don Juan says we can fight them with discipline (hard to say what is the exact meaning of that...). He talked about inner silence also, recomending to cross
the legs and enter inner silence, or meditate, as a weapon to make our outer shell inedible to them.
I`m lucky, I love to meditate. But do any of you know of any other practical things we can do to fight the installation.
