the great thing about kundalini yogis is that any good one does sadhana from 4am-6:30am and if you contact a kundalini yogi and ask they will let you join them for free every single day
usually they will let you take one class for free to sample it in the afternoon/evenings then you can do sadhana knowing some of the stuff
sadhana literally means - the goal
40 days of sadhana produces an intense state of enlightenment! It literally brings you to the goal of all spiritual practice.
Whats funny about our yoga teacher is he is extremely innovative and does not stick to the book often creating and improvising new things on the spot like any goood/real musician would do.
Some teachers are all by the book and this rigidity can actually be located on the spine.
In my experience the yoga definitely and quickly manifests spirit directly into the body. So if one is not open to the spirit they will be turned off by the yoga. It can be rather invasive. All the magical passes are hit as well through the various breathe movements.
