The main reason I rushed to buy this more powerful computer was that it still had the Windows 7 operating system on it. I felt that if I didn't get it I would be stuck with having to deal with the headaches of using Windows 8. I've read too many horror stories about that program and have no desire to be another Windows 8 victim.
If you follow the above link you will see that I BOUGHT THE LAST COMPUTER. Yes, I was the one who bought the very last computer and when I went to the website of the company I couldn't find it so I strongly doubt Amazon will be getting any new ones.
It's a relief to post here, again, where I can be myself. I feel I can relax here without having to be bound by all kinds of restrictive rules

I don't know, but I suspect that EVERYONE HERE posting against me is also suffering from long-term low-level mercury poisoning because their sense of logic and reason doesn't make any sense. Essentially, long-term low-level mercury poisoning MAKES PEOPLE CRAZY among other things. Different people show different symptoms. Not everyone exhibits the same symptoms.

What prompted me to create this post is that what I learned today most definitely applies to the lessons of Castaneda's don Juan. I remember Corey Donovan saying how Victor Sanchez was really "down to Earth", when he finally met him. I challenged Corey on that by saying something like: 'How can you say Victor Sanchez is down to Earth when he believes in much, if not most, of the lessons of don Juan???' I don't remember Corey Donovan making any worthwhile reply as he obviously could not.
Victor Sanchez and I have at least one thing in common: From the lessons of Castaneda's don Juan we can only comment on what we have applied and what we have found to actually work. As for the rest, it is left to whatever you may choose to believe AND THAT IS NOT NECESSARILY A FACT!!
Let me give you a concrete example of what I mean here: Atheists, like Richard Dawkins, are absolutely certain the THEORY of evolution is a fact. Like or not a THEORY is not a FACT no matter how you may try to justify it, period!!!! I've pointed out over and over, to atheists, that for the THEORY of evolution to be a fact science must irrefutably establish, SCIENTIFICALLY, with repeatable experiments that consciousness and awareness can evolve naturally from inanimate matter for no life could have possibly have survived the "big bang". Has science done so? NO, THEY HAVEN'T! Are they getting close to doing so? NO THEY ARE NOT!!!
This being the case all speculations about evolution are just that: SPECULATIONS not FACTS!!!
The atheists refuse to see this just as you Castaneda skeptics refuse to realize that your speculations, from your comfy chairs, about the lessons of don Juan are just that: SPECULATIONS not FACTS!

It goes to the very heart of DIRECT EMPIRICAL EXPERIENCE, of which you Castaneda skeptics tend to have very little. You postulate from your computer chairs without doing any field work, as Victor Sanchez has done. Then to top it off you come off as though what you CHOOSE TO BELIEVE is absolute fact, not unlike the Richard Dawkins types.
Well, I'm here to say that I CONTINUE to verify that MOST of what don Juan taught, with regards to nature, is indeed valid. I will NOT deny my empirical experiences to satisfy to idle speculations of armchair skeptics. Only a fool would!"

Interesting about your meeting with Louise Hay. There is a fine line between don Juan stalking and out and out lying. However, to be fully honest with people will most definitely guarantee there will be friction. I mean, if Louise Hay looked like **** at 88 years old what are you supposed to say? 'Gosh, you must have been beautiful, in your youth, but you sure look like **** now!'
I feel don Juan stalking is essential for successfully dealing with people whose "personal folly" is out of control and commanding their lives. I've found the best way to use "stalking" techniques is to silence the internal dialogue then only 'see' the aspects of a person you find admiral and completely tune out the rest. If done properly all you will see when dealing with people is what is admirable and that makes stalking rather easy. Although, it still can be a challenge. Nothing tends to be as easy as you expect when traveling on the 'path of universal knowledge'. You have to be very flexible and always ready to change course in mid-proverbial-stream
I personally feel Castaneda crossed the line from stalking to out and out lying so many times that the line completely disappeared. He got lost in his dangerous indulgences; of which don Juan warned him about on, apparently, many occasions

In the book The Power of Silence, I remember don Juan pushing Castaneda so hard that Castaneda finally entered into
THE PLACE OF NO PITY
From that standpoint a great peace came over him. Castaneda no longer cared whether he, or anyone else, lived of died. From that standpoint nothing really mattered anymore.
I know from experience that once forced into the place of no pity one feels a quiet, cold, peace. One is only upset when things matter. Once in an energetic position where nothing matters there is a great sense of peace. The place of no pity is a state of mind one can enter when pushed beyond all levels of anger and frustration. You could say you tend to enter it when you become so angry and frustrated that it goes off all scales of endurance.
In such a position there is no more anything besides peace. You are ready to die and you are ready for everyone else to be killed. I would say that, when pushed hard enough you either enter the place of no pity or you go stark, raving mad insane!
This is the state of nature for nature has no pity for itself or anyone else. If a tree dies of some disease the other trees do not pity it. Each tree suffers for itself, not for others. Or so I have been led to believe.
The same holds true for wild birds. If a bird is dying of some disease it suffers alone. The other birds do not pity it. As a matter of fact they may instinctively shun it so that they do not risk catching the disease themselves. It may be cold, but that's just the way nature is. Humans tend to pity each other. That is why the human race...

I now realize that posting in a forum where I always had to talk about the Sims game was really getting to me. I couldn't be myself. There is MUCH MORE to my life than the bloody Sims game. Now you are seeing a literary EXPLOSION of pent up feelings that I had to keep in check while those sons of bitches broke their own rules to persecute me!!
Here are some of their reactions to my being banned:
"It took them long enough. I thought you got way too many chances on that Tech thread. 5 chances too many. I hope you can find some inner peace before ever going back to this or any other forum."
"They actually banned you? Took then long enough."
"I hope them banning you is permanent because I think you've used up way too many "chances" and don't deserve to post here. You've proven, time and again, that you can't handle it and deliberately broke the forum rules constantly. I'm so happy I could dance. :-D"
MY COMMENT:
They may be laughing and celebrating, but my determination to become A LOT STRONGER is going to have the last laugh!!!

I will add that I believe it is crucial for one to be pushed very hard VERY QUICKLY in order to enter the place of no pity. You have to be pushed faster than you can think about the situations that may be happening which are pushing you. Plus you must be deliberately pushed by the Spirit for a very good reason. If not, chances are you will just snap and go crazy.Not pitying oneself or others puts you in a frame of mind that is in harmony with the Universe. There is indeed a Universal Mind that has no pity for itself or others. To win the favor of this Universal Mind you have to think as it does and view reality as it does. Once you view reality as the Universal Mind does you become a part of the Universal family and, from that standpoint, Intent can become a very real and useful tool to reshape oneself any wonderful way one pleases.
It's as simple as this:
To be in a state of pity is to be in a state of weakness
To be in the place of no pity is to be in a state of strength where one is detached from the circumstances of life and from this perspective can manipulate life more easily.
To the Buddha a state of detachment is absolutely crucial to make the best of life. It is fair to say that the place of no pity is the place of ultimate detachment where one is indifferent to life and death. Such was the mind of the Buddha when he became 'enlightened'
