The Somersault of Thought into the Inconceivable
#26
Serpentine Fire
Ive been spending tremendously powerful moments in eternity symbiotically bonding with energetic power spots in nature. This bonding has now reached levels of intensity of physical manifestations like never before in my life.
Don Juan was indeed correct when he essentially stated that the Earth and the universe are sentient aware and alive. He was also correct that certain people need no mediator and can symbiotically deal with Spirit directly. I do not believe any method of such a bonding is easy, but I do indeed prefer dealing directly with Spirit than to have to depend on the consistency of a don Juan, Miguel Ruiz or (God help us all) Carlos Castaneda.
I have found that strengthening the protective bond between myself and Spirit until we cannot distinguish one from the other is the spiritual road of my destiny. My top priority is to be so protected that no matter what may happen to the rest of the insane world of man it will not affect me in any way I do not want it to. I aim for having much extra protection to share with others, but if I can only attract and harness enough to protect me that will be just fine.
You may think me selfish, but Ive had more than enough dealings with you people to know what I can expect. You are an extension of your television and movie programs and most of you are not even interesting enough to appear on the Jerry Springer show. Although I feel you are indeed moronic enough.
I find it is in and through Spirit that I have my most powerful and inspiring role model.

Planets and galaxies come and go,
but the Spirit ((((( IS )))))

I consider it ridiculous for people to sit in their artificial environments and feel they can successfully deduce what is or is not true in the lessons of don Juan. One thing is for certain: there are more interesting and spellbinding stories and lessons for proper living in what don Juan taught than in all the naysayers negative commentaries against Castaneda combined. So it is in deep symbiotic links with nature that I verify for myself what is true and what is not in the works of Castaneda.
I have just recently once again been given a demonstration that, as don Juan taught, it is indeed possible to store memories in areas of our mysterious beings that can only be accessed within certain states of mind. Don Juan called those places positions of the assemblage points and many of those points can only be accessed by a person who can place the point that assembles the reality he or she perceives to the exact position where the memory was originally created.
One such memory came to me as a vision at a power spot. It quite startled me as this vision unfolded out of nowhere and commanded my attention at the time. I took it for granted that the vision would remain in my conscious memory to be reviewed later, but I was shocked when I went into deep trance about a week afterwards and suddenly realized that I had completely forgotten what was revealed to me by the Spirit.
This vision had to do with Howard Lees relationship to Carlos Castanedas Tensegrity. It is to be remembered that when dealing with any type of un-provable situation the best way to do so is to believe without believing. This particular don Juan lesson has come in handy for me on countless occasions. I feel it is indeed one of the most practical and useful don Juan lesson in a world filled will all sorts of philosophical and religious delusions.

So heres basically the way the vision was revealed: How important was Howard Lees ten year association with Castaneda upon the formation of Tensegrity? From what I saw if it was not for the martial arts master Howard Lee THERE WOULD BE NO TENSEGRITY! Consider that for a moment and realize Howard Lees influence was staggeringly important in the formation and implementation of Carlos Castanedas living legacy which is Tensegrity.
I saw a situation where once Howard knew who exactly Carlos Castaneda was and what he was pushing through his books Howard wanted nothing to do with the entire series of books or any cult Carlos was forming. He forbade Carlos to associate him with Tensegrity even though Howard knew quite well that Tensegrity was born of what he taught Castaneda. There came a time where Howard was given powerful dreams that were backed up by the numerous women and people Howard had to heal because of the deleterious influence of Carlos Castaneda. He became convinced that if something was not done to stop Carlos soon he would most probably read in the newspapers that Castaneda had formed a human sacrifice cult compared to that of Charles Manson. If and when this happened Howard would be dragged into all sorts of uncomfortable police interrogations. Yes, Howard did indeed feel personally responsible as he was the one who healed Castaneda when no one else could. That healing had to be undone with a vengeance if many people were to be spared the eventually horrible ended he foresaw if Castaneda were to continue on the loveless public path he was traveling upon.
One night Carlos Castaneda had a powerful dream. In the dream he saw Howard Lee with his back to him. Carlos called out to Howard and when Howard Lee turned to face him Carlos saw his own death in the eyes of his former master.

He started to laugh as if at a big joke; the more he laughed, the greater my annoyance.
I dont see whats so funny, I said.
Sometimes the underlying truth shouldnt be tampered with, he said. The underlying truth here is like a block at the bottom of a big pile of things, a cornerstone. If we take a hard look at the bottom block, we might not like the results. I prefer to avoid that.
He laughed again. His eyes, shining with mischievousness, seemed to invite me to pursue the subject further. And I insisted again that I had to know what he was talking about. I tried to sound calm but persistent.
Well, if that is what you want, he said with the air of one who had been overwhelmed by the request.
Tell me about it, don Juan! I exclaimed, irritated with his delaying tactics.
I want you to bear in mind that I am telling you at your insistence, he said, still smiling.
He paused again. By then I was fuming.
If you judge me by my actions with you, he said, you would have to admit that I have been a paragon of patience and consistency. But what you dont know is that to accomplish this I have had to fight for impeccability as I have never fought before. In order to spend time with you, I have had to transform myself daily, restraining myself with the most excruciating effort.
Don Juan had been right. I did not like what he said. I tried not to lose face and made a sarcastic comeback.
Im not that bad, don Juan, I said.
My voice sounded surprisingly unnatural to me.
Oh, yes, you are that bad, he said with a serious expression. You are petty, wasteful, opinionated, coercive, short-tempered, conceited. You are morose, ponderous, and ungrateful. You have an inexhaustible capacity for self-indulgence. And worst of all, you have an exalted idea of yourself, with nothing whatsoever to back it up.
I could sincerely say that your mere presence makes me feel like vomiting.
My expression, upon hearing the bottom truth, must have been something, for don Juan broke into such gales of laughter I though he was going to choke.
--From Carlos Castanedas book The Power of Silence

It is a curious thing to consider why, in all creation, Carlos Castaneda would have included this conversation with don Juan in his book series? Obviously he was not trying to build himself up in the eyes of his millions of fans. If this is the way don Juan purportedly actually felt about him then how should we feel about him?
When weighing out this conversation with don Juan against what actually transpired many years later when Carlos Castaneda decided to go public with his creation called Tensegrity it seems somewhat of a prophesy of how many, who knew him rather intimately, would eventually feel about Castaneda after he died.
Its interesting that those who supposedly knew him rather intimately would eventually practically mirror the underlying truth of how don Juan actually felt about Castaneda. Many were hurt by Castaneda because he used a mask of developed humor and apparent niceness to hide all these aspects of his character that don Juan blatantly revealed and were recorded in Carlos book The Power of Silence. Eventually those aspects of Castanedas character led to his downfall and disgraceful death.
Over and over the Spirit has revealed to me that Castaneda was incredibly frustrated because his fan base were comprised of people that he considered to be uninspiring moronic idiots. Those who he really wanted to respect and admire him had turned their backs and refused to think of him as anything other than a glory seeking liar. One of the reasons he went public was to do his part to cure all those who would follow someone like him as their leader. Carlos felt that eventually, after much pain, they would be healed of this desire to follow some charismatic leader and would never be tricked by any type of guru leader again.
Carlos was concerned about those who would inherit the Cleargreen he created. He didnt trust them to put the truth about him above their financial concerns. It was towards this end that, in private, he gave himself over to his indulgences to the point that he knew the crazy stories of his sexually indulgent and cruel private life would have no choice except to surface. If he was successful at nothing else Carlos was determined that no one would ever consider making him an official saint any time after he died.
The naysayers would have us all believe that because these things don Juan pointed out were true about the real Carlos Castaneda that automatically means there was no don Juan and thus none of the lessons of don Juan are worthy of emulation.
Well, first of all I will always admire the way don Juan would smile and laugh at situations that would have had me blowing my stack in anger
This is not an impossible a trait to develop within myself. Id say I am now closer to don Juans character in this area than ever before in my life.
Next I will always admire how don Juan was able, through his way of life, to prolong his youth and to be agile, flexible and energetically vibrant. For a man purportedly in his seventies he was really something physically inspiring indeed. At least in this aspect the health and fitness guru Jack LaLaine would indeed be proud
This also is not so impossible to accomplish and as I slowly approach the age of fifty I am indeed on the road towards living this aspect of don Juans character. Once I remember Castaneda, amazed at don Juans prowess, exclaiming, Youre not old at all, don Juan! To this I remember don Juan replying that he treated himself well. On any given day I can go to any shopping mall in the area and see that MOST Americans DO NOT treat themselves well. As a matter of fact they are a disgrace and a bad influence on anyone who wants to treat him or herself well. Nuff said on this issue.
Don Juan was on great terms with nature and the Spirit saw fit to guide, warn and protect him in his life. He was being led by the omens of the Spirit and lived in harmony with those omens
I am indeed learning how to be on great terms with nature and how to be embraced and led by omens towards a life of ever growing abundance and prosperity. This aspect of don Juans life is also not impossible to accomplish. At least not for me. In closing I will say that the most important thing I have ever learned from the lessons of don Juan is to have a deep and abiding love and respect for nature. By developing a romance with the Spirit I foresee a life of ever growing love and abundant prosperity that will stretch into eternal infinity. What more can a person possibly want from life?

The Chacmools of ancient times are said to be the statue deities in whose bowls the beating hearts of sacrificed victims were placed.
Another memory given by the Spirit has resurfaced and I feel compelled to share this memory least it disappear again into the realms of whatever mystery surrounds memories of this sort. Don Juan would probably call it positions of the assemblage point. Whatever you may choose to call it I have indeed experienced it over and over on many occasions.
Whether true or not, it has been revealed to me that the name Carlos Castaneda chose for the three of his women followers was not chosen as a coincidence. It was chosen quite deliberately in intent. I was shown that at least on one occasion Carlos conducted a secret ceremonial human sacrifice in official Mesoamerican tradition. The woman sacrificed was stalked as prey by the Castaneda chacmools and, from what I have seen, Kylie was the main person who did most of the stalking, tricking, gagging and tying down of the victim. Carlos served the part of the Mesoamerican priest and tore the still beating heart out of the victim in full Mesoamerican priesthood manner. A shock wave went out into the universe and at that very moment the Spirit pronounced judgment and sealed Carlos Castanedas doom. In tremendous anger the Spirit visited Howard Lee and gave him a dream vision of the human sacrifice that was performed by Carlos Castaneda and his cohorts. Judgment had already been pronounced against Castaneda by the Spirit and because Howard Lee interfered by healing Carlos the Spirit visited Howard Lee in the form of death itself. Howard was given an ultimatum. Either he undo the Healing of Castaneda with a vengeance or he would also be killed by the Spirit. When Howard finally came to the full realization that he had interfered with the judgment of the Spirit against the evil Carlos Castaneda he was furious for being so stupid. It takes a lot to make Howard Lee blood killing furious angry and he was indeed blood killing furious angry when the Spirit fully opened his eyes to what he had done. Howard felt fully responsible for the life of the person who was sacrificed and he now felt fully responsible for any atrocities of the Spirit Carlos had committed since he healed him.
Epilogue:
This morning I awoke from a powerful dream. Much occurred that has dissolved into mysterious dream forgetfulness, but I clearly remember how I woke up: I happened to be walking on the sidewalk along a moving large expensive black limousine that I knew contained Reni & Nyei Murez (two of Castanedas former chacmools) and a couple of others of the highest Cleargreen order. I shouted out, WAIT A MINUTE!!! The limousine stopped in the middle of the street and the drivers window rolled down. It was obvious from their demeanor that they wanted nothing to do with me. I took out my wallet practically overflowing with money, stripped it of its credit cards and any other identifying markings then threw the wallet bulging with hundreds, fiftys and twenty dollar bills through the open limousine window and watched as it got wedged between the passenger backseat and the car door. When they realized all the money I had thrown through their car window their attitude towards me changed and they became nice and wanted me to interact with them. With all the anger and hatred in my heart I gave them the finger told them to go F*** themselves and walked away. I awoke as they were following me trying to get me to change my mind.

What makes you think that Carlos stayed so completely in pettiness? Maybe he, like Don Juan, was working on his impeccability. That was why he was open and honest enough to include the story at all. Wasnt Don Juan also admitting his fight against his own pettiness to be bothered by Carlos pettiness. All people are petty and bothered by certain itsy-bitsy teeny-weeny petty tyrants. Its a battle to learn to respect others, especially when we notice how petty they are. The only way Ive been able to have my moderate success with it is to empathize and forgive and love. In spirit we are all one, and by forgiving others I forgive my self, by loving other I love my self, by empathizing with others, I recognize my self. Isnt that the bottom truth?
Just because someone has a dream that Carlos and gang had human sacrifice doesnt actually mean that they did.
So do I see my self in the self-adorizing petty statements of Alexander? Well, kind of. : )

Well Warrior Seer,
I must say that your posts have gotten more interesting than ever. Though I cannot personally say that I believe them to be true . . .I'm still curious about your intent. There are still living men of knowledge in Mexico, those who knew carlos Castaneda, for someone had to be left behind when DJ left . . .they do pretty much account for his untrustworhiness, insanity, ungratefulness and general misbehavior. However, I would never have been led to the path if it weren't for those powerful and beautiful (although greatly fictionalized) books.
Paz y amor,

Hey man what's up?
So, I'm in Hong Kong and everything's cool, got the box. Amazing. Everything in the box is just straight up fantastic. Thanks again for coming
through man, we'll put it to good use! HK is hot as usual, and the hustle, it's
like the states. It seems all orwellian and **** here, there are tons of commercials for HK's new manditory Smart all in one Id card, freaky. So,I'm about to go get my (work) visa and then we'll head back into China in about an hour, then it's buy, buy, buy. As if we haven't already been doing that here. It's cool to have lots of money just to go on a shopping spree, makes me feel important somehow.
All right then, in a hurry as usual. I'll be in touch soon.

p.s. the martian ice cream scoop is brilliant

MY COMMENTARY:
Quite a number of you regulars have made assumptions, in the past, about me that are completely incorrect. One of those assumptions was that I was lying about knowing anyone in China. You felt that there was no youngest of us and that all the pictures I shared of China were postcards. Believe it or not the above pictures of Kowloon Bay in Honk Kong were taken with the Sony digital camcorder we sent him in the last Fed Ex package that arrived at Kowloon Bay in Honk Kong. The above email was sent to let us know that he received the latest AND BIGGEST package sent to date. It costs us $250.00 to ship it. No problem, but WOW! Its been a while since the last time I spent that much on shipping charges. As a matter of fact, the last time was a few years ago when I ordered the top of the line Sony entertainment component system. I mention this as tonight I intend to upgrade that system with a brand new Sony 2003 top of the Sears line power amplifier that I bought a few days ago. The power amp is sitting on the floor ready to be installed. Im not too eager to deal with all those wires, I will admit.
The point of this post is that there are indeed wonderful aspects of my life that you old timer people of this forum have no real clue about. You have made erroneous assumptions based upon the belief that my life could not possibly be more exciting that your bland existences. Oh well.
Oh wow, the VCR just started automatically taping the PBS blues special on the influence of the delta blues upon the young British musicians of the late 1960s scene that eventually produced some of the greatest rock musicians the world has ever known. There will be segments on Eric Clapton and others. Cool, baby! Interesting how it is said that many of those Delta blues players were incredible liars. They made up whatever personal history would impress and were very creative about it. When people comment about their lies they do so with a smile. Doesnt make Carlos Castanedas lies about his personal history seem so bad.
Now, if I can just get myself shifted into high gear. A born again house stereo system is on the way. It may not be the best power amp in the world, but it was the very best Sony power amp that Sears, with their outrageously cool warrantee repair package, had to offer and that is good enough for now. The new house will have the very best power amp the modern world has to offer, but this one will do the job for the moment.

My New Sony STR-DE895
SPECIAL EDIT: Well, inspired by the youngest of us, who is now back in Communist China, I got the new Sony amplifier hooked up. I may decide to try the top of the line power amp that Sears has to offer before fully settling for this one. That is a Yamaha amp and costs about $100.00 more. The money is no problem, but the hassle of setting up another amp on top of the new Sony, messing with attaching the wires and everything else is indeed a hassle that I would rather not go through. There were certain features about the old Sony amp in the Pro audio surround sound setting that I did not like. Well, this new amp is doing something similar where the volume goes down rather drastically as I switch to that mode and too much sound is taken away from the main speakers. I am not as satisfied as I would like to be. Also, so far it seems that there is no way to adjust the speaker levels with the damn new remote! How the hell they decided that the new remote should not be able to adjust the individual speaker volume levels, like the old remote and amp can do, is beyond me. Yes, even the rich have problems. What a world, what a world! Seems I am at that point of testing and testing where I can't fully trust my ears anymore. Need a break from judging the sound and damn I wanna get drunk.
They say that in Heaven there is no beer. That's why they drink it here!
2nd EDIT: I feel stupid for taking the time to edit a post that will just be deleted, but I feel I have finally figured out the problem with my sound system. The A speakers in the living room have the surround sound setup and the B speakers in the computer recording studio room, hooked up to the same amplifier, can never be balanced to my full satisfaction. Either the living room sounds great in the Pro Logic Audio setting or the computer room studio sounds great. The only option I can see is to hook it up so that the old amp powers just the computer studio room. That way I can have separate full equalization adjustment for each room. I think this will work. I intend to give the new amp about a one-week break in trial period. If I still do not feel fully satisfied I will try that Yamaha amp that is about $100.00 more expensive before I fully settle on any one amp. Thank you for your time and time for another beer and watching the new DVD I bought called Falling Down with Michael Douglas. I have a hobby. I buy DVDs that I dont watch. Gosh, Ive bought so many in my collection that I havent seen. So, beer and Falling Down here I come.

"You ask how should we perceive Carlos if don Juan sliced into his ego the way he did. Your question reveals an essential lack of understanding of this path. We are reminded of your exoteric approach (and your martial arts/body building lifestyle). Any benefactor worth his grain of salt will lay into the apprentice in this way, destroying his self-importance. Who cares about so-called value judgments we place on fellow warriors. We know they are only trying their utmost to find the impeccablity to face the onslaughts of this world."

First of all I would like to thank you for your intelligent commentary. Next I would like to point out that the core theme of this particular site is that Carlos Castaneda was a liar who made don Juan up. Now, why in all creation would Carlos have a fully fictional character reveal such denigrating very true aspects of his character to the millions of his devoted fans? It really doesnt make any sense, if you truly think about it.
You are trying to say that if there was a don Juan he was not being fully sincere in this only time he told Carlos directly exactly what he thought of him? Are you trying to say that don Juan was lying just for energetic effect? I think not. If there truly was a don Juan and he actually said what Castaneda recorded in The Power of Silence I believe that he was being fully sincere after holding in his true feelings for maybe about ten years.
You are assuming in your post that there actually was a don Juan and that Carlos Castaneda did not embellish the truth or out-and-out lie at all in any of his stories about what transpired between them. You write as though you believe those stories to be the infallible gospel truth. I think you should expect that maybe at least half of everything Carlos wrote were fictional embellishments in order to increase the salability of his series of books. Cant really blame him for embellishing the truth in order to be successful as a writer. Chances are all great writers are guilty of this in one way or another.
I feel you should take into account the way those who were hurt by Carlos now feel about him and see that their view is not so very different from don Juans long before Castaneda ever chose to go public with his fusion of the lessons of don Juan and his martial arts instructor of ten years Howard Lee. I believe the fruits of the union of their intersecting philosophies is what Carlos Castaneda called: Tensegrity.
Any benefactor worth his grain of salt will lay into the apprentice in this way
As though youve had experience with a veritable slew of benefactors so you are more than qualified to make such a statement. I hardly think so, friend.
There is nothing quite so pathetic as geek, nerd wimps who feel they are great warriors because they have read the books of Carlos Castaneda and can quote him chapter and verse.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Ive grown used to getting no significant responses to any post I create in this forum. It was quite a surprise to me that I got any intelligent commentary at all.
I share what I feel is important information towards the validation of the lessons of don Juan. I am about to create a post that is specifically geared as a commentary to answer the good points you who have responded have brought up.
The basic difference between my concept towards these forums and most every single person's post I have ever read in any posting forum is 'they' usually write stuff and I work towards creating masterpieces striving to outdo the quality of my expression each and every time I post. With each post I strive to push myself beyond all I have ever done as though I'm working towards winning an Olympic gold medal in competition with my weaknesses.
Patience is a virtue. Ive been contemplating a power post and I want to make certain I am moved by the Spirit before I respond.

"You come off as a person who is after the truth, but if you search your heart I think you will find that you are a person who is primarily determined to be right in his evaluations. That is much more important than truth to you. Sure would be nice if you could delete all that disagrees with your self-centered view from the entire world of mankind, eh? You are not unique in this. Most religious fanatics are also more interested in being right than exposing the truth of their very 'fallable' books and beliefs. It seems the human condition that people would rather wallow in the problems created by lying to themselves than embrace whatever truth would set them free. How you can think to have lasting peace by deleting all truth you do not want to face is something you will eventually have to directly confront to really grow as a person worthy of true and full self-respect.
Someone recently pointed out that you SR insiders can never say you are sorry about anything you may be wrong about.
The wise are always ready to find they are incorrect on any subject of belief and are always ready to admit the flaws of their beliefs once those flaws are properly exposed. Considering this truth are you wise, Corey Donovan? Really? Are you proud of yourself for deleting all truth that would expose the flaws in your thinking and evaluations of the Castaneda conundrum? By deleting all counterpoint commentary that successfully exposes the flaws in your evaluations you cheapen yourself and you know it. It is better to face the truth and be a man truly worthy of self-respect than to delete the truth and live with the inner shame of your actions. The reality of the situation is that those who delete the truth they do not wish to face are not courageous people.
Can you imagine how much Castaneda would be deleting if he were alive and administrative moderator of a forum such as yours? Would you respect him for deleting all truths he was unwilling to face and address? Take a really good look in the mirror of your self-reflection. I feel you are more like Castaneda than you would like to admit to yourself.
May you have peace, tremendous success at good and wholesome things, and a wonderful life."

"It just happens to be that way" doesnt fill my satisfaction. If I want shallow answers to the questions I have, Ill ask the depressed maniacs I know in life to give me their vision of their future in life and where they see themselves because they have none, but have a lot of excuses . This is what has been touched upon me and why I have stated in one of my above posts that mans normal state of attention may not be able to come to answer or understand how life started here, anymore than man in a normal state of awareness can fully understand and perceive what Don Juan taught. Its also why actual facts may blow away both mainstream creationism and evolutionism and I want to be ready to accept anything that comes along, rather then hang on to a particular view.
It may come down to an infinite number of machines that go on forever.
