I spent a lot of time embracing negatives Billy. I spent three years in hell and i wouldnt have lasted if I had not. I embraced even the feeling of wanting to off myself. Indeed sorrow and suffering has a sweet side. I used to sit with my allies and have them torture me because I was not only so used to it, but because I had come to enjoy it. I learned quite the repertoire of torture devices, how to make them, how to cut them down, and yes how to enjoy them. I used to have allies fill my body with pain as I learned to master and control pain, and my body is now blessed with cutting it down and even enjoying it. Sounds pretty sick to some I am sure but when it comes down to it, for some, you either adapt or you die. I chose to live. Nowadays my sick side has almost been totally removed. I dont curse, I bless. I choose not negatives in my life, I cut them down. Life, for myself, is no shiz-hole, it is blessed, precious, and extremely sacred. In my world I lead by example and so I chart my course into love and forgiveness, compassion and all that good stuff. One man CAN change the world and make it better, and that one man is you and you and you and me too.

i went for a walk today and this post came to mind. it is eagles emanations, that we align in certain ways that produce thought, for example as well emanations can reflect on themselves (self absorption), and produce thoughts this way. the discoveries that julio mentioned, are a moment, a certain alignment of emanations - that lightbulb moment, this alignment is the creation of something new in the present.
