Storing power.
#1
Hold your hand to your face...cradle it like a glove.breathe wet on your hand..remove your hand. Draw it to your chest. Breath deep. Focus on what you hold
within your lungs and then repeat again.Intend power. Such a movement will draw unseen attention, that attention will enter through your breathing. This is one
way of storing power.

Drawing unseen attention allows your body to open up to the emanations of the invisible energies. The double in you is awakened by this exercise. Waking the
double gives you new dreaming abilities. Thus you see a simple movement and right intent will bring you past the surface of the tonal.

I've tried this on odd nights and i very much like this technique. I haven't notice much of a difference. It does seem to make me dream more. Is there
an exercise with breath or body movements aimed at improving dreaming intent?

Improving dreaming intent movements with the body is to cross your hands across your chest and lay on your back. Listen with your hands the sound of your
heart. Focus your closed eyes into what you can still see in the darkness. Learn to control the images that form before you. One can easily shape shift from
this ap position. Learn to control what you are seeing. Find one of us. It really is quite easy once you get used to it. This is a great way to learn dream
intent.

strange.

Dogs/pets/animals can sense the shift of awareness. Heightened Awareness will also let you sense their senses.

I did the first technique recently too and experienced an alteration in consciousness, I am going to do it again before sleep tonight. Wolf, I have noticed
that with dogs when I have been in heightened awareness, my sisters dogs used to go weird and get all submissive, even peeing themselves.

interesting bluedreamer. how long did it take you to experience the shift?

It was very mild and almost immediate, when I did it last night I didn't do it in a worthy manner and it didn't alter it.

Think of your universe as a great big bubble. What happens in the bubble and can be felt outside of it. The outside is the nagual. When the bubble attracts its
attention it looks in. The Nagual senses dreamers, warriors, those who seek it. Be not afraid to shout your intent. Shake the bubble. Speak with power not
whisper or be timid.

Good point Nagual, I was given a habit of timidity by birth and circumstance as my inheritance but that is becoming thinner these days. Thanks for the
reminder.

had a nice post. its deleted now. forgot to sign in first and lost it. useful. take inner strength, see that it rests on the nagual - space inside and out.
the space is multidimensional. like waves of water, waves and rays of light, usually they follow the path of least resistance, to the lowest point. there are
at least three main low points (don juan alludes to this when he says sorcerers obtain a third point of reference, neither here nor there). let your breath
become still enough in its flow, to feel the blood pressure compensate. this force will reveal both strength and space for new strength. right nagual? hey

also i wanted to warn those who go about storing power, that it will force out old energies. some of which are the basis of self importance of others, self,
and that dark shadow thing few of us like. even if is a person miles or more away, they may feel a rejection of what they had given you, and may respond
accordingly. this takes place especially with family where patterns are deep like all the way to babyhood. dont forget to rest your eyes in your heart if it
needs to come to that. imo - if you want to store power, you must be willing to die.

Very well said Crowmaginus, and so very true.

Good warrior advice from Crowmagnus. It is true, storing power will attract the powers of the outside world. Death, the shadow is one of them. Breath can lead
you to power points on the body. I do like your style Crowmagnus.

well thank you both. still like your style too. wolf is a pretty vicious canine form. ive been toying with fox/coyote but think wolf might be better. usually
jaguar or leopard suit me well.

what now though like do we all have blocks. with all this power will we ever dream together? what if the answer is no? anybody live in ohio?

ah. it seems that some would prefer force to accepting the spirit. let this not be me, so unknown. all of us together though would be crazy cool

one more thing to distract. jolting apparently separates layers of energy, while dreaming tightens those with will.

Tight and dreaming..good words for a mornings son.
