Removing Pain
#1
Here is a very big problem when dealing with lost energy.
When there are horrific events to the spirit and body, pain that is experienced is kept in memory within the body.
Releasing it is a major reason for recapitation.
By releasing pain we free up energy that is needed to heal the rest of the body. Those who suffer from stored pain can never be whole when they face the spirit.
They will ask the spirit to heal them but it is they who hold the release button.
By moving the assemblage point back and letting it remain is truly the best way.
How does one do this you may ask?
Moving the assemblage point can be minute or major.
Small movements are as ordinary as making love or sleeping.
First one must silence their mind and visually try and begin to reexperience the event that caused the pain.
Pains such as rape, murder, death, abuse, or major pains that must be released in order to truly heal.

Very good points Lone Wolf,
I would add one thing.
Watch the past event as an observer. No emotion, as if you are watching a TV show or as if it is happening to someone else.
Stay detached. This will release and restore to you the energy that has been bound up by this emotional event/trauma in your past.
Do this enough times with enough past events and you will be amazed at how much energy will then be at your command and how much more stable, emotionally you will become.
Many things like fear and regret will become a thing of the past.Bob

That indeed is good advice. Many people think that after something terrible has happened to them that they are forever scarred or ruined. This is never the case. What has happened in the past is gone. You have no control of the past. It is something that must used for whatever lesson is to be gained from it then released.
If one did something terrible doesn't mean they are forever dammed. The future is there for you to change yourself or ways.
You can be anything. You only have yourself holding you back.
There is forgiveness. Ask Bob May!
You must forgive yourself. Realize that your prey in this universe. We all get bitten once in awhile.

A little input here. Pain, whether physical, emotional, or mental, is the result of a disruption in the natural flow of power in the cocoon. Any incident that results in any type of pain will lodge itself in the weakest point of the cocoon. It will stay there, and like an old scar, it will act up every time another stressful incident occurs. It can cause any number of imbalances in the individual's life.... physical, emotional, or mental...., until it is recapitulated.
We are all full of these scars. It is quite difficult to recall all the core issues that formed them, because we have re-experienced them as other events and because as children, we suppress painful memories.
In times past, one could recap these things. With today's culture and the prominence of the flyer growing everyday, we find it very difficult to access them so they can be recovered. This is where today's healers come in. They can scout the core disturbances in the cocoon and assist the individual in clearing them.
Times have changed since Juan Matus offered his methods. Those of us that have been recapping on a regular basis for years can maintain it. Those new to this method would be wise to investigate extra help. For the Standing Mother,
DG
