Power Stones
#1
Stone characteristics shared by the resident Peruvian expert: Americo Yabar
A spiral or circular projection or protrusion indicates both a charging stone and an extracting stone. You can 'charge' someone's energy body by using this stone at their temples or at their chakras to infuse sami. You can extract huacha from their energy body and into the stone at the same points.
A smooth stone that has concentric layers, especially circular ones, building up over it is a good meditation stone. It can also help ground and center anyone with an excess of disharmonious energy. Simply let them hold it, or run it through their field to achieve the desired effect.
A stone with a natural hole all the way through it is a powerful guardian and teaching stone that may hold many powerful secrets and may reveal many of the mysteries of life. Use it as a dreaming stone as well, allowing a powerful dream or desire to slip through the hole into consciousness or into manifestation in the physical. Fall asleep touching it.
A stone with square or rectangular lines on it is a doorway stone, and it can be used to help you shift awareness and perception to the new possibilities or to release resistances and open blockages.
A stone that has three almost identical markings -- three protrusions, three doorway lines, three layers to it, is a 3-worlds stone. It can be used to harmonize your abilities to work with the energies of the three worlds.
A triangular stone can be a 3-worlds stone, or one that mystically connects you to the Spirits. This latter association is especially relevant if you discover this stone in the mountains!
A stone that has a face in it, whether human-looking or otherwise, can be a teaching stone or a guardian stone, providing very specific instruction or protection. If the stone is the shape of an animal, insect, or bird, connect with the energies and symbolic dispositions of the creature to acquire those characteristics in your own life, or, to transmit those qualities to others as you use the stone on them.

Good info and timing!
Only yesterday I recieved a jade stone ring and a garnet bracelet to keep me earthy and grounded.
As a mostly raw foodist vegan with tons of power plant usage over the past years I can feel rather airy at times!

Hey Zitter!
I use a 24 sided double pointed clear quartz for extractions, so, I agree with No. 1. No. 2, depends on the stone and the Intent, but has been shown accurate to me. No. 3, I don't know. I am aware of another use for a tunnel stone. No. 4, I don't know. No. 5, I don't know. No. 6, yes, but it may be only for certain traditions. No. 7, yes. Just look at the fetishes.
This fellow, Americo Yabar, is a Peruvian Mystic and is describing these stones to apprentices that will use them on a traditional alter. I like to "feel" the stone, but I use this as a guidline for acquiring them!

Herba,
Those are good materials for grounding. Also, its beneficial to get your bare feet on the earth regularly! If you are in a city, get some time in a park or along a creek, if you can. The bubble tightens up without that release to Mother Earth. For the Standing Mother,

Yes bruduh that is true!
I used to be able to walk around barefoot in san diego but not hear in suburbian sacramento unless I go for a drive.
I wear sandles and toe seperators designed to undo the damage consticting shoes do and never wear shoes durring my yoga practice for sure!
Is it not insane that tensegrity practitioners wear shoes durring their practice? Hah!

Thanks for this topic, it is very usefull.
I have that meditation stone. I have found it few years ago at the top of the hill by the city where I live. As soon as I looked at it, I knew I had to take it with me.

hi doc!
what do you mean with "three worlds"?
1st,2nd and 3rd attention?

The 1 st attention is your current one, the tonal. The second attention is the nagual one. In dreaming both tonal and nagual sides are attained.
The third is the joining of the two attentions.
Where one can shift between both views of the world and its energy.

Hi Zitter,
I know and work with the 3 attentions that Wolf described. However, this fellow that wrote this is from a Peruvian Tradition, and they describe the 3 worlds as:
1- lower world; this is below here.
2- middle world; this world.
3- upper world; above this one.
