Hello Thunderbirds!
It seems most have been able to bend our Intent to do some flying, so it's time to continue with the Trigger work. Before we can go on, we each need to make/acquire a power object. What follows are the instructions to do this. Before obtaining an object, we must have established a real relationship with power. This can manifest in many ways.... such as Earth, Sun, Wolf, Jaguar, Coyote, Dragon, Crystal, Rabbit, Drum, Staff, Music, Allies, Art, and so forth. I believe we all have done this.

There is a Spirit which resides within sacred implements, and Spirit requires the embodied presence of Power as it expresses itself in the world. Power is life-force collected and concentrated. We ourselves are a charge of life-force, therefore Spirit can be present and express through us. A counter-example of this is when people suffer sudden and severe trauma, such as getting hit by a truck, or they suffer long, debilitating, degenerative conditions of health such as cancer or something of that nature. When a person's life-force goes below the critical threshold required to sustain the presence and expression of Spirit in that person's body, the Spirit then dis-anchors - leaves - and that person dies.
So we see that Spirit is present as a direct relationship to the Power present within the body. That's in the human domain.
In the non-human domain, we consider that sacred objects are equally alive - a drum, or a feather, a staff, a rattle, a stone, or whatever it may be. In the creation of a sacred object, as we give our attention through our intent, Power is flowing into that object. As we then further utilize applications of Power - our breathing, tobacco, or whatever it may be - we prepare the ground for Spirit to come into full presence in that object.
When we have an actual relationship established - not a figment of the imagination, but an actual relationship, whether it be with Eagle, Wolf, Jaguar, or the spirits of the ancestors - and we provide a physical body empowered in the form of the ceremonial object, we can then draw or call that Spirit into that object, and then have a living being. This action requires that we then take care of the Spirit that lives within the ceremonial object. We must continue to empower it and give it expression and interaction.
A drum, for instance, that is filled with Power and the Spirit of Horse, will allow us to ride through the realms and domains of consciousness, carrying our awareness with it.
If we take a balloon, fresh out of a package, and place it on the table, lean over it, and sing a high-pitched tone, that balloon will just lie there flat. Nothing will happen. But if we blow that balloon up taut with air, and then we sing a high-pitched tone, the balloon will resonate with that tone and continue to resonate even after we've stopped singing.
When we as living beings are embodied with an intense charge of life-force, we are then like that balloon, and the frequency of whatever we have established a relationship with - Eagle, Bear, Star, or Ancestor - begins to resonate within us, stimulating and activating very specific forms of awareness.
We then extend Power into an object - drum, rattle, feather, stone - and anchor the established frequency through ourselves into that object. That object then begins to resonate with the frequency of that animal, that star, that ancestor, or whatever we have created a relationship with.
So a ceremonial object imbued with Power, activated with Spirit, has a life of its own. In ceremony, we can interface this presence of Power from the object, intensifying our life-force with the frequency that the object is carrying. That then stimulates change in consciousness at a cellular level.
So utilizing the full range of objects, spirits, and empowerments, we can activate very specific and intended results. The intended result could be a healing, or a state of compassion - whatever may be required.

As we select the object, or the material the object is to be made from, relax. Take a couple of breaths. "Unlock the Attention". Execute a "Trigger Sigh". Shake your hands several (10-15) times. Then, hold the object in your 'non-power' hand with your fingertips. With your Power Fingers, attempt to feel the object by stretching with it.... as if some taffy is connecting you to it. Pull your Power Fingers slightly and see if you can feel the energetic tingle or magnetic feeling. If you do, proceed with that item. If not, select another.
Once we have made/acquired our object, we must declare our personal power manifestation to ourselves. (example: "With this ceremony, I infuse this (object) with the power of Mother Earth" (or whatever your relationship is with).
Then, (outdoors) face the East. Hold your object in front of your face. State "I call on the Great Eagle to fill this sacred (object) with power." Turn your head to the right, away from your object. Take in a LARGE breath. Turn back, facing your object. Very slowly, exhale ("sigh") over, around, and through your power object. Then, draw in a long slow breath through and from your object.
Immediately turn to the North. Holding the object in front of your face. State " I humbly ask the ancestors to grant Power to my (object)." Again, turn your head to the right. Proceed as above, with the utmost sincerity.
Quickly turning to the West, continue as above. This time, state: "I request that the Jaguar (or whatever you call your soul/dreamer/double) inject the power of the Earth (or whatever manifestation you have) into my sacred (object)"
Now, turning to the South, continue as above; this time stating:" I ask the Nahual Quetzal Ocelotl (or whoever you consider a guide) to grant power to my sacred (object)."
Now, speak to your Power Object. It is alive with your spirit. Caress it and consider it your trusted ally. Name it, if you wish. If it is small, keep it on your person for a few days. In any case, keep it as near as possible for awhile. You will acquire several of these as time goes on, each imbued with a different power.
To care for this sacred object, repeat the ritual in the four directions.
When all have completed this much, we will take our Sacred Object into Dreaming. Ask questions. This object may save your life.
Don't let this deter you from the other works (Well cleansing, Trigger, Unlocking...).
