Something of great importance that relates to this subject is syntax which is the desciption of the world that we adapt and this is what should be in question.
Lone Wolf if he could so kindly do is post the differance that is mentioned in the book "The Active Side Of Infinety" about syntax
Things that we take for granted are of most importance and syntax should be the foundation of our intent.
My personal quest is to have my intent outside of the fliers realm which could easily be desribed as the abstract which is still confusing as it think it was meant to be and not by us.
My theory is that we need to continually stalk ourself to cleanse our actions and our intent will be come apperant when we recognize the source of the syntax or ingrained life style that plaques us.

Great question and needs to be focused on more detail.
The problem that we are all asking ourselfs seems to be of something that should'nt be so mysterious and that is "what we should or can do" and something that I wanted to point out is that the Foriegn installation set it up to derail us from this simple and most important element that us humans are deprived of and the answer is is that we lost the link or connection of our true intent that is associated with the 80% of our unused brain.
The warriors way described by D.J. is a path that offsets the cohesion of the the thought syntax that is imposed on us that we take for granted.
My suggestion is to take some mushrooms but only with directed intent and you will see the differance and when you act and think outside of your normal tonal thought patterns that we cling onto.
You may be confronted at first with the description that you cling onto but you will find that most likely that it is not from you but from something else and at that point replace it with new intent that comes from you or your intent.

Personally I use inner alchemy to get to that energy. I can't use any allies, other than coffee.
But if I can get up the energy to 'see' then what specifically am I trying to look for?

One thing that someone has to do is break down self reflection into segments or categories that fit the origin of concern that affects our precious awareness.
Something that still has residual effect on me is the trauma that I experienced when I was young and it effected my self esteem or in the form of reaction to emotional responses that don't seem to make sense to me until I did the recaptialization either through my dreaming or waking state of awareness did I rid of myself of the detrimental imprint that it left on my character.
The personal self reflection and recapping are the easy ones to recognize but the social academia constructs that is the very make up or matrix of our present day attention is the hard one to undo but when a warrior recognizes the attention magnets that plague our society it is the undoing of the fixation that is brought forth that needs special attention because most of the time and not always is transparent or stealth or in simpler terms "taking for granted" and most people just act without questioning the element that consumes there awareness.
When someone is aware of the elements that put imprints on our attention you can sort them in the categories of intent or in other words put them in categories that match ones personal path either good or bad and choose to spend your precious attention on since we have limited time to choose the elements that effect our fate.
Depending on what your objective is on self reflection is depends on your personal path of wanting to rid yourself of the imprints that were imposed on us when we were young to the present moment of "now" and act to be teflon or stick free of the elements that consume your awareness.
Do you know what elements consumes our awareness?
My objective is to deal with the elements that control most of all people in perspective so I can put in check or segmented so it does not effect my energy body.
Have you reached your energy body, either in dreaming or in another attention that is outside of our normal state of awareness?
I have personally reached through my dreaming and been in different states of awareness that is outside while in my waking state perceived and acted outside of the fixation of the forces that controls our attention.
To achieve this you have to use self refection as a tool to undo the "predatory" element that holds or perceive the fixation that most people take for granted.
Depending on the path that you choose is up to any one's personal choice and what you want to accomplish, If you want to take things for granted then that is your path and fate.
