Recently I discovered it is possible to engage the heart in conversation.
I began by asking my heart simple questions. I was amazed by the answers. My heart and I have now had numerous long and detailed discussions about the nature of reality and my own destiny.
And I feel that many of you would benefit from asking your heart some questions. Listen to your heart always. You can, besides using the mental voice, write down your questions as you ask them to your heart and then write down your hearts answers or possibly questions and statements on paper.
Reopening the channels of communication with my heart has revealed to me that we also hav the ability to communicate with any entity imaginable. I stick to my heart, though. It is trustworthy and brings me to my destiny.
