Gamma rays radiate from the Milky Way's center, but where do they come from?
Nice animations

There are as many universes as grains of sand in river Ganges.. and in every universe is as many beings as in river Ganges grains of sand..
every being has many wishes, imaginations, intentions..
I know them all.

Once i was with Master on a trip.. we were walking up thru forest up to rocks (very beautiful, sorcerers jumping rocks) it was after zazen barrage (i was weeping in the car a bit

AND we were going up facing the by-walkers going down... i have told him: Those are all walking (potentials) buddhas (walking). Master told me: They are stupid.
Stupidity is the dark side :-)))

Venus and Jupiter are converging for a remarkably close encounter. On March 12th and 13th the two bright planets will lie scarcely 3o apart in the western sky at sunset.
Marek Nikodem photographed the approach on March 9th:

The Sombrero Galaxy in Infrared
This floating ring is the
size of a galaxy. In fact, it is part of the photogenic Sombrero
Galaxy, one of the largest galaxies in the nearby Virgo
Cluster of
Galaxies. The dark band of dust that obscures the mid-section of the
Sombrero Galaxy in optical light actually glows brightly in
infrared
light. The above image, digitally sharpened, shows the infrared glow,
recently recorded by the orbiting Spitzer Space Telescope,
superposed
in false-color on an existing image taken by NASA's Hubble Space
Telescope in optical light. The Sombrero Galaxy, also known as
M104,
spans about 50,000 light years across and lies 28 million light years
away. M104 can be seen with a small telescope in the direction of
the constellation Virgo.

I was wondering if the other one was Jupiter...looking up to the sky...two very bright planets right next to each other dominating the scene. Beautiful!
