moving the assemblage point
#1
The first time I intentionally moved my AP I used this method which I invented myself.
It still works quite easily. If you try this, be aware that you will probably have an uncomfortable
pressure in your back, so be ready to undo what you do if necessary.
The process is simple. Relax with a couple deep breaths if you like.
Visualise a football shape the size of your fist in the area a foot and a half behind your shoulder blades.
Give the football shaped AP a spiral or screw texture because you're going to screw it inwards
by turning it with your mind. Remember to visualise it brilliant and glowing. And that's all there is to it.
Just screw this in and watch it move deeper with each turn. Keep going until you get close to your back.
You should be able to feel this as an uncomfortable pressure between your shoulder blades.
So that's the start. You can experiment on where to go from there. Be responsible and safe.

I should mention that if you do some very deep breaths with this exercise, you can

achieve a state of heightened awareness. If you'll recall, this breathing accompanied

Castaneda's entry into heightened awareness when DJ would "slap him on the back":

"You are skittish," he said teasingly, and slapped my back with greater force.

My ears buzzed. For an instant I lost my breath. It felt as though he had hurt my lungs. Every breath brought me great

discomfort. Yet, after I had coughed and choked a few times, my nasal passages opened and I found myself taking deep, soothing breaths.

I had such a feeling of well-being that I was not even annoyed at him for his blow; which had been as hard as it was unexpected.

Apparently there are now trained practitioners who sole aim is to move your AP for you.   Note ** they advise you ONLY allow them to do it!
http://www.holisticlocal.ca/articles/vi ... +Technique
I guess the don't know that Sorcerers have been doing it for Millenia!

And it's also interesting that Science has now begun measuring and mapping AP positions in healthy people but also in people with dis-ease, particularly mental illness.  They are then attempting to cure the mental illness with a relocation/shift of the AP.

There has also been a lot of research on the effects of illegal drugs and the assemblage point as well and using AP shifts to help with addictions recovery.   Yeah, we already knew this was possible, but I sort of like it when I see a little bit of magic and sorcery in mainstream medicine and every-day life.
Here are some fairly recent examples:
SOME METHODS ON HOW TO MOVE THE AP TO ITS PROPER LOCATION AND ANGLE

• use a crystal: .  “Use a large double terminated crystal
in front of person’s body or the drawing of a body then ask the
crystal’s assistance to shift AP to its correct position. Check (by
dowsing) to see if this new alignment is permanent or needs to be
repeated, and if yes, when and how often”.

• use sound frequencies. Choose the male or female
frequencies and listen to a minute MP3-format track morning and
evening. See links in
[9]

• muscle testing and/or feeling the energy field Healing Nexus

• feeling the energy field of the AP and physically moving it, as done by the practitioner

• mentally        (will)

• dowsing

How does one determine where the AP is?
It's a special technique that can be learned as long as the person is sensitive to subtle energies.

Here is one technique that might work:
One
extra person (A) is needed to do the locating for you (B). A. to be in
good health and has to be sensitive to subtle energies.
Optimally, A
should have the optimal assemblage point location as there are quite
some ass.point locations which will inhibit proper locating ass. points
(due to imbalanced in the energy flow or imbalances in left/right brain functions, etc)
Person B. should stand straight, with the head
straight. He/she can take off his/her shirt to make it a bit easier. But
cotton shirts can be kept on if preferable. Synthetic clothes must be
taken off however.
A. then stands besides person B such that A looks at the right shoulder of B, while looking to the right side of the person.
A.
shapes his/her left hand as a bowl and his/her right hand as a point,
bundling all energy from all fingers, including the thumb.
A. holds the bowl-shaped left hand very close to the back of B.
A. holds the point-shaped right hand in front of the chest of B.
A.
holds both his hands such that an imaginary ray emanated from the point
in his right hand will hit the bowl-shaped left hand, going through the
chest of B.
Now, A moves around the chest and abdomen area
(above the navel) in a circular fashion and tries to detect subtle
energies differences.
Making sure that his/her left and right hand
move in parallel, such that the imaginary ray goes from the right hand
to the left hand (through the chest of B).
Once a spot is found A. can move the right hand closer and closer to the chest and can eventually touch the assemblage point.
When B is sufficiently sensitive, B will feel it when the right spot is found.
A
can slowly move his point-shaped hand over the chest and should be able
to feel the energy differences near the assemblage point and can hence
pinpoint the exact location.
Be aware that a person can have two- or
even three assemblage points. For example in bipolar depression, there
will be the two (right-high, right-low). The same for schizophrenia (but
on other locations: high-right vs high-left).

Again, these might not be the best or most efficient methods for everyone, but it is interesting to see the AP mentioned in so many healing circles now.  The AP, it's not just for CC fans anymore!

Found this interesting also:
THE SEVEN RULES OF THE HUMAN ASSEMBLAGE POINT
1. At the
physical, emotional, atomic and quantum levels, a human being is an
independent oscillating energy field. All oscillating energy fields, by
virtue of the fact that they are oscillating, must have an epicentre or
vortex of the rotation. The epicentre of the human energy field is
called the Assemblage Point.
2. The location and entry angle of
the Assemblage Point with respect to the physical body dictates the
shape and distribution of the human energy field.
3. The shape
and distribution of the human energy field are directly proportional to
the biological energy and activity of the organs and glands in the
physical body, and to the quality of the emotional energy.
4.
The biological activity of the organs and glands determines the position
of the Assemblage Point, and thus the shape and distribution of
biological energy throughout the physical body.
5. The location
and entry angle of the Assemblage Point has a direct influence over the
biological activity of all of the organs and glands including the brain
and these have a direct influence on the location of the Assemblage
Point.
6. The location and entry angle of the Assemblage Point
regulates how we feel and behave. Disease also dictates the Assemblage
Point location and entry angle.
7. The way we feel and the
manner in which we behave; our state of health or disease and our
ability to recover is reflected in the location and entry angle of our
Assemblage Point.

They say that our Assemblage Point  fixes in a healthy, stationary,
near-central position at around the age of seven if we are brought up in
a stable home environment and positively identify with good mother- and
father-figures.
But an unstable and displaced Assemblage Point
is likely if we had a consistently negative relationship with our
parents or there was a background of divorce, having a single parent or
having a displaced upbringing.
The location for an average healthy woman is slightly higher than that of an average healthy man.

Also,
Hunger, thirst, shock, trauma, drugs, alcohol, accidents, violence,
intimidation can and do cause the Assemblage Point to drop to a
dangerously low location. If the Assemblage Point location is not
corrected soon after the incident that was responsible for it to drop,
then the victim’s haematology and biochemistry can change to levels
outside the normal range of that of a healthy person. This may create
the conditions for serious physical and mental disease to take hold such
as cancer and leukaemia.
When these serious diseases occur, the
Assemblage Point location becomes even further depressed towards the
critical line at the umbilical region. Ironically the drugs and
therapies used in treatments for these diseases often depress the
patient’s Assemblage Point location even further down towards the
critical line. Death results when the Assemblage Point crosses the
umbilical region. In the case of comatose patients on life support
systems, regardless of any electroencephalogram tests, the patient will
not be brain-dead until their Assemblage Point has traversed the
umbilical region. It is advisable to take into consideration the
location of the victim’s Assemblage Point as soon as possible after the
incident that caused it to drop. It's very interesting in regards to healing just how the AP shifts in certain situations and due to certain traumas.
The
assemblage point being the center of one's energy means it is basically
responsible for shaping one's mode of perception of the world.

Upon
shifting the assemblage point, one experiences a noticeable change in
perception of reality. The change can be significant
enough that an entirely new reality is assembled,or, it can be minute enough that the only thing detected is a
change in mood.

"Upon shifting the assemblage point, one experiences a noticeable change in perception of reality"

Yeah, this can be practised. Can sit in a chair and gaze at a blank wall (not a "hard" gaze...use "soft" gaze), upholding inner silence. The shift will become apparent, if silence is upheld...shift in the quality of light first...and then maybe soft scintillating blob of colored light will start to bloom on the wall in front of you. And then, just follow that shift deeper and deeper....see where it takes you

climb an eight foot high brick wall in bare feet..
then jump off , aiming to land on one leg!
Your assemblage point has now moved!

It is easy to move your assemblage point..

What i was trying to say is that from within "normal means" the movement of the assemblage point
is at the mercy of natural forces i.e. gravity, time, physicality etc..
and that although shifts can occur to defend the mortality so to speak
it is another thing entirly to "cross the broken bone"
or traverse the habitual assemblage position " as a land, earth or world".
All men in the world wish to defend their mortality
and in this respect the will for invulnerability is a trait of the Human world inclucing humans who can move their assemblage!
excluding ancient holy men who stopped their own hearts of course!

shifting the assemblage point away from the habitual positions exposure to the forces of death is a isolated act of freedom.
traversing the many deaths within corporeality in the form of stalking and not doing acts of cliched social conditioning
is a way to "wrestle the forces power within the position itself"

The most overlooked statement by Don Juan is that we don´t move the AP ourselves..Spirit does

The most peculiar thing he never even mentioned was that moving the AP moves the gap as well, there´s a key there that I feel could explain much but I´m getting numb trying to think about it.

The totality of oneself is the goal......agreed

There´s chapter and verse devoted to totality but it´s a subject not suited to a forum I fear, it´s kind of beyond discussion..In contrast anything related directly to our minds like say a discussion about flyers gets everyone engaged.

Ergo.. Our mind/s love talking about itself/s but we all know that

i just look at it this way.

If in dec 2012 the world radicly changes and the mass human assemblage point starts to shift..
HOW? will those with fluid assemblage points be effected?
If their mortgage payments are dependant apon their revenue as an assemblage point healer.. what will they do? etc..

I truly believe that there are 1000s of people with fluid assemblage points NONE of whom have either the guts or the desire to see the world change..
wheres their IMMPECCABILITY.. huh?
Reply

If those who can be fluid acted impeccably there would be much more intelligent cooperation......but I do see a shift in that direction specifically on this forum.

Given that our AP´s shift constantly and often erraticaly while we sleep and dream it´s not just shifting the AP that´s important..but locking it in the new position as well
