How do you know your double Jake? Do you receive messages from it, do you see though its eyes, or just "know things". I am still amazed at the time I saw from a man's eyes who was walking, and I saw his arm swinging and I think he was holding a horse harness, and I felt it was you...so I was seeing from inside you, out of your eyes.

How do you know your double? It is the higher you. It doesn't talk but it does sends images,messages, it sees in the third attention. Knwing things is called silent knowledge something that we all all are born with. The double has to be created. It learns and grows becomes smarter and smarter just like the person. I boy will a semblance of a double while a man will have a full size double. A sorcerer teaches his double to shape change, to fly (much like what Fabs does) to go places, to make love, to fight, to warn, etc. Doubles form friendships in the dreaming world with other doubles with people who may never know or have met, doubles are us but we are them and if we are able to successfully slip pass the eagle then we will merge into the third attention with our double. A powerful double, well created and well taught can survive death of its host by the eagle as many nagual beings have done over the centuries. Those doubles become inorganic beings and cannot contact people except through dreaming. These doubles are the ghost and spirits in the outer realms.

I wanted to wait for NLW to answer.....but I had some insight.   I am far from an expert in this area.  My double has recently been fully formed...and this is something I just know.   I feel like I send my double out to learn and absorb knowledge for me.  I just know it exists now.  It is a feeling I have.   Even when I am not growing in spirit, my double is.  My double is the impeccable me that I sent to connect to spirit.
